Accuracy Limits
Jail rosters, court records, bond status, agency fees, office hours, and custody locations can change without advance notice. Marquette County Jail may limit pre-arraignment information to whether a person is lodged and the bond amount. Records may also be delayed, corrected, sealed, or made nonpublic under Michigan law, including set-aside provisions in MCL 780.621 and nonpublic-record rules in MCL 780.623.
